How can I place my order?

To place an order:

  1. Finish adding items to your cart.

  2. You can choose to process your order through our website or via PayPal.

    • If you want to continue through our website, click the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.

    • If you prefer to use PayPal, click the PayPal button.

  3. You will be directed to our customer information page. You will need to enter:

    • Email address

    • Name

    • Address

  4. If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click "Apply" so the discount is calculated and applied to your order.

  5. Continue by clicking the "Continue to Shipping Method" button. Verify that the shipping address is correct (if it differs from your billing address). Once everything is completed, click "Continue on to Payment Method."

  6. Enter your payment details. You can specify if the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.

  7. Once you have completed the form, click the "Complete Order" button. You will be directed to a screen providing an order summary with an on-screen confirmation, as well as an email confirmation.

What should I do if items are missing or incorrect products are received?

For missing items or incorrectly shipped products, contact us at service@donkyalo.com. Please provide your transaction number (Order #) and submit proof (an image file less than 1MB). We will send you the correct item at no additional cost, and you can keep the incorrect item as a gift.

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

You will receive an email confirmation containing the order number and details of your purchase.

I would like to change the items in my order. What should I do?

Order changes are possible until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Contact us at service@donkyalo.com to request a change.

How do I add items to my cart?

To add items to your cart:

  1. Go to the page of the desired item and select your preferences. Click the "Add to Cart" button to be directed to your "Shopping Cart" page.

  2. Enter the desired quantity in the "Quantity:" field next to the item image. After entering the quantity, you can either continue shopping or complete your order.

How can I view the contents of my cart?

To view the contents of your cart, click the cart icon at the top of the page. You can modify the quantity of items or remove items by clicking the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list.

How do I remove items from my cart?

Click the "Cart" icon in the top right corner of your screen. Identify the item you wish to remove, then click the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list. The item will be removed, and the page will refresh to reflect the changes.

How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?

Click the "Cart" icon in the top right corner of your screen. Modify the quantity in the "Quantity" field for the desired item. The quantity and the associated amount will automatically update.

To use a promo code, follow these steps:

  1. Choose the item you want to order and click the green "Checkout" button.

  2. You will be directed to our customer information page.

  3. Enter the discount code in the "Discount" field at the top right. Click "Apply." Verify that the discount has been applied by checking the summary below.
