Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, the full purchase price will be refunded. Cancellations are not possible once the product has been shipped.
Refunds (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. To process the return, we will need a proof of purchase or receipt. Do not return the product to the manufacturer. Customers only pay shipping fees once (this includes returns); consumers are not required to pay return shipping costs for returning a product.
Return (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and confirmed, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of the return. If your return is accepted, it will be processed, and the amount will be refunded automatically to your credit card or the original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank. Refund processing can take some time. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@donkyalo.com.

If the return is due to the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The exact costs depend on the chosen courier service. If the received product is damaged or defective due to our error, the consumer will not be charged for the related shipping costs.
